How to import company contacts to the MYbOnline customer portal

Learn how to import company contacts into your bOnline phone system for better contact management. Imported contacts in the MYbOnline customer portal will sync to the bOnline phone mobile and desktop apps. This guide walks you through the steps to upload and organize your business contacts efficiently.


  • From the 'Company contacts' page, click on 'Import contacts'.



A pop-up will appear. From here, you can download a sample CSV file that shows you exactly how to list your contacts and import them into the MYbOnline customer portal. Before uploading, ensure you have a CSV file ready with all your contacts.


  • If your contacts are already listed in the correct format, click 'Upload your CSV file'.



  • From the pop-up, select the CSV file that contains your contacts.



Please note: 'First name', 'Last name', and 'Phone number' are required fields, The 'Phone number' can only contain digits(spaces are accepted), and 'Company name' and 'Email' are optional fields.


  • Once you have selected your CSV file, you will be able to edit any of the contact's information before submitting it. Change your contact's name, surname, number, company name, and email. When you're ready, click 'Submit'.



  • Your imported contacts will now appear on the 'Company contacts' page of the MYbOnline customer portal.



Please note: For now, once your contacts have been imported, you cannnot edit or remove them. We are working on bringing editing capalities to you soon!
