How to import company contacts to the MybOnline customer portal

We make it easy to manage your business contacts from one space that's easy to access. Use this guide to import your contacts into the MybOnline portal, so they're ready to use across your desktop and mobile apps. 


Steps

  1. Log in to the MybOnline portal

  2. Click Phone Settings in the left-hand menu.




3. Select Company Contacts


4. Click the Import Contacts button at the top right of the screen.


4. Choose between Bulk Import Contacts and Import Single Contact
Pick whether you'd like to bulk import all of your contacts at once or import one single contact.

Import Single Contact

Enter the contact details and ensure they're correct before clicking 'Add Contact'.


Import Bulk Contacts


Click Download sample format to ensure your file is of the correct format. 

Once your file is ready, click Upload your CSV fileand choose the file from your device. 



From the pop-up, select the CSV file that contains your contacts.


5. View your newly added contacts under the Company Contacts section or within the Company tab in your bOnline phone apps.
