2. Check your internet connection
The bOnline app requires a stable internet connection to receive calls.
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
If possible, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and test again
3. Check your availability status
If your status is set to Do Not Disturb or Unavailable, incoming calls may not ring on your app.
