We hope we never reach this point, but cancellations are a reality in business. When you would like to leave bOnline, you will receive a final invoice. This article will help you understand the different terms and charges that might be on this invoice when cancelling your contract.
Where to View Your Final Invoice
You can find your final invoice in the MYbOnline portal.
- Once logged in, click on Billing
- Scroll down to Billing History
For a more detailed break down, have a look at this article: How to view your next invoice in the MybOnline portal.
The Various Terms and Charges on a Final Invoice:
Notice Period Charges
When you decide to cancel, your service doesn’t stop right away (unless agreed otherwise) and you will be billed during your Notice Period. If your notice runs into your next billing cycle, those charges will appear on your invoice.
Out of Bundle Charges
Your final invoice may include:
Call charges outside your plan
International calls
Usage above your allowance
Add-ons or bolt-ons used during your last month
These are billed in arrears, so they can appear after you’ve cancelled.
Pro-Rata Charges
If your cancellation happened in the middle of your billing cycle, charges may be calculated up to your final service date.
Unreturned Equipment
If any equipment hasn’t been returned, this may lead to an extra charge added to your final bill.
User Contract Buyout (In-Contract Customers Only)
User contract buyout fee is a fee charged to customers who want to cancel but still have months remaining on their contract.
Please Note:
This buyout fee applies to All Users on an account.

Why Am I Sent an Invoice When I’ve Cancelled My Contract?
An automated invoice, asking for payment, gets triggered right before your cancellation is complete.
