This article explains how to delete voicemail messages in the bOnline desktop app.
How to delete a voicemail
- Open the bOnline desktop app.
- Select the Homepage button in the left-hand menu.
- Select the Voicemails tab.
- Select the voicemail you want to delete.
- Select the drop-down arrow to expand the voicemail details.
- Select Delete.
Voicemails can only be deleted one at a time. There is no option to bulk delete multiple voicemails.
