How to import company contacts to the mybOnline portal

Import company contacts into the mybOnline portal and sync them across your bOnline desktop and mobile apps.

Manage all your business contacts from one place. This guide shows you how to import contacts into the mybOnline portal, so they are ready to use across your desktop and mobile apps.

To get started, open the import screen in the portal:

  1. Log in to the mybOnline portal.

  2. Click Phone Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Company Contacts.

  4. Click Import Contacts at the top-right of the screen.

  5. Choose between Bulk Import Contacts and Import Single Contact, depending on whether you want to add all your contacts at once or just one.

Add a single contact

  1. Select Import Single Contact.

  2. Enter the contact details and check they are correct.

  3. Click Add Contact.

  1. Select Bulk Import Contacts.

  2. Click Download sample format and use it to lay out your contacts in the correct format.

  3. Click Upload your CSV file, then choose your completed file from your device.

  4. From the pop-up, select the CSV file that contains your contacts.

Once the import finishes, your new contacts appear under Company Contacts in the portal, and in the Company tab of your bOnline desktop and mobile apps.
