How to log in to the mybOnline customer portal

This article explains how to log in to the mybOnline portal. There are three ways to sign in: using a magic link, a password, or a Google account.

Getting started

  1. Go to my.bOnline.com.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Choose one of the three sign-in options below.

Option 1: Magic link

A magic link is a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. You do not need a password to use this option.

  1. Select Send me a sign-in link.
  2. Open the email from bOnline in your inbox.
  3. Select Login in the email to be redirected to your mybOnline dashboard.

If you do not receive the magic link email, check your spam or junk folder. If it still does not arrive, try signing in with your password instead.

Option 2: Password

  1. Select Sign in with password.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Select Sign in.

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot password? to reset it. See Forgot your mybOnline login password?

Option 3: Google

  1. Select Continue with Google.
  2. Choose your Google account from the list.
  3. You will be redirected to your mybOnline dashboard.
