Logging into your bOnline Phone desktop app is the first step to accessing your business communications on your computer. Whether you're handling calls, checking messages, or staying connected with your team, this guide will help you log in smoothly and securely.
First, you'll need to enter the email address linked to your bOnline account. After that, you'll need to enter the 6-digit PIN you created in the MYbOnline customer portal.
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be taken to the app's homepage, where you'll find your most recent call, voicemail and chat interactions.
