If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it via the MYbOnline portal by simply clicking "Forgot password?" A link will be sent to your email, follow the steps to reset your password.
- A prompt will pop up asking you to enter the email address to be used to reset the password.
- You'll need to check your email for a message from bOnline, click the link in the email to reset your password.
- Once you've clicked the link, you may create your new password and don't forget to click "Reset" when you're done.
