bOnline invoice payment methods

Modified on Fri, 20 Mar at 11:03 AM

There are several ways to pay your bOnline invoice. This article explains each payment method and the details you will need.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill. All charges including packages and calls will be deducted from your account automatically after your bill date. Paying by Direct Debit is free - there is no additional charge.

Benefits of paying by Direct Debit:

  • Your bill is paid automatically each month - no action needed.
  • Reduces the risk of your service being suspended due to a missed payment.
  • You have time to review your invoice before payment is taken.

If your Direct Debit payment is unsuccessful, you can use one of the other payment methods below.

MyBOnline portal

You can view and pay your invoice at any time through the MyBOnline portal. Log in, go to Billing, and scroll down to Billing History to view and pay outstanding invoices.

Secure payment line

You can make a payment over the phone using our secure self-service payment line, available on evenings and weekends. Call us on 01173744857.

You will need the following details:

  • Your bOnline account number (found on your most recent invoice)
  • A valid debit or credit card
  • The numeric digits of your postcode
Please note: We do not accept American Express, Diners Club, or international credit cards. You can only pay the full balance - part payments are not accepted. Payment cannot be made on a zero balance or if the account is in credit.

Bank transfer

You can make a payment directly from your bank using the following details:

  • Bank: HSBC
  • Account name: B.ONLINE LTD
  • Account number: 20012130
  • Sort code: 40-20-69
Please note: You must include your bOnline account number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment. Bank transfers may take 5 to 7 calendar days to complete.
