From January 2026, Total Care combines all the benefits of Fraud Protection and the Care Plan into one comprehensive package.

VoIP Total Care - £1.95 per month

Total Care protects your VoIP lines from fraud and disruption while keeping your business connected. It includes:

  • Premium and high-risk call barring
  • High spend alerts and auto-blocking
  • VoIP security monitoring
  • Spam and call blocking in apps
  • 75% discount on unauthorised calls
  • Priority 1-hour fault support
  • Emergency handset replacement
  • Call redirect during disruption
  • VoIP engineering repair charges covered

Broadband Total Care - £5.95 per month

Total Care also covers your broadband services to keep your connection running. It includes:

  • Fraud protection plus free engineering call-out visits (up to £150)
  • Router replacement if required
  • Dual network access if required
