How to change direct debit details

If you change banks or bank accounts you may need to update your direct debit details with us. You can easily make these changes via the MYbOnline portal.

  • Go to "Billing" in your account from the sidebar.
  • Pick "Update details" under the payment method section.
  • Put in the new account details and click on save. 
  • We will send you an email to confirm everything.
