Call reports are a vital tool for any organisation and allow business owners access to performance-related information - answered calls, missed calls, the volume of calls, and more. 

  • To get detailed reports, navigate to the "Call reports" page of the MYbOnline portal. 

  • From here you can access information like call density, call trends, time of day statistics, and more.
