Setting up call diverts on your MYbOnline account is super easy. Whether you’re using the portal, mobile app, or desktop application, follow these simple steps (along with screenshots) to set up your call diverts.
MYbOnline Portal
If you’re using the MYbOnline portal, all you have to do is find your way to
Phone Settings, Call Flows, and then select the Divert option of your choice.
Navigate to "Phone Settings".

Please Note: A Temporary Divert is a direct divert and does not go through the call flow on our system
Mobile Application
In the mobile app, go to your Profile Icon, Call Forwarding, and then select the option of your choice.
Tap on the Profile icon located in the top-right corner.

Here are some of the options available to divert calls based on what you would like to have happen when a call comes through to you.
Please Note: Some call flows won’t divert if there are more than one user set to ring.
Choose from the following options:
- Always: This diverts all incoming calls from the user to a number of your choice.
- No Answer: It will divert calls when you’re not able to answer within ring time. Based on the Voicemail Delay time on the Phone set up section of the portal.
- Busy: This option diverts calls when you’re unavailable or the line is busy.

- Always: This diverts all incoming calls from the user to a number of your choice.
- No Answer: It will divert calls when you’re not able to answer within ring time. Based on the Voicemail Delay time on the Phone set up section of the portal.
Desktop Application
When using the desktop application, click on the Settings Icon, Call Forwarding and then select the best option for your needs.
Settings Icon: Click on the settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the application.
