Deleting Automatic Call Recordings

Automatic call recordings quickly create clutter and put you at risk of confidential data falling into the wrong hands. To protect yourself and declutter, here are the steps you can take to delete automatic call recordings. 


1. Login and Access Recordings

Sign in at my.bonline.com and go to the Call Recordings option. 



2. Select Recordings and Confirm

Select all of the calls that you would like to delete and confirm your deletions. 




Recovering Deleted Recordings 

To recover any deleted recordings, simply click on the Recently Deleted button. 


It will give you 3 options: Download (Blue), Restore (Green), and Permanently Delete (Red). Click on the green icon to restore recently deleted call recordings.
