On-demand call recording

Using your bOnline phone apps, you can record ongoing calls with ease. Recording can then be played back at any time to confirm details, resolve complaints or provide staff training.

Unlike automated call recording, this feature is used on-demand and can only record one call at a time and must be turned on each time manually. 

  • To initiate an on-demand call recording via the bOnline phone desktop or web app, while on a call, click the red "Record" button at the bottom of your screen.

With the call summaries and recordings feature, you'll be able to see a list of all recordings between users and customers. You can pause and play recordings as you need, or even download them to your device.

  • To access your call summaries and recordings, navigate to the "Call reports" page of the MYbOnline customer portal.
