Simple call flow

Every inbound call to your bOnline phone main number is routed using a default call flow. This is the most common configuration used by bOnline phone businesses.

Using your business hours, calls are directed to ring all available users at once. Out of hours, a closed greeting will play and transfer the caller to the main number voicemail.

How to configure a simple call flow:

  • Navigate to the "Call flows" page from your main navigation.



  • Begin by configuring your business days and hours. This will determine when calls should be directed to voicemail.



  • Now, you will need to configure a "Welcome greeting" - make sure it is toggled on and then click "Edit".



  • You will be required to type out, record, upload or select a greeting you have already created.



  • Repeat the same steps for your closed greeting.
  • All call flows will be displayed on the "All flows" sub-page.
