How to enable a temporary call divert

A temporary call divert allows you to set up a call divert for all inbound calls to an external phone number. To enable a temporary call divert, follow the steps below. 

Please note: Call charges may apply based on your tariff.


  • Navigate to the "Call flows" page.


  • From here, click on "Temporary divert".

  • To set up a call divert for all inbound calls to an external phone number, toggle on "Enable call divert" then type the number you want your calls diverted to before clicking "Save".

  • A banner will display for as long as your temporary call divert is active. Disable it from here at any time.
