You can customise your phone with add-ons that will be automatically added to the bill. Choose from various options and change them from the "Phone setup" page as needed. To install the "Advanced call flows" account add-on, follow the steps below.
Go to "Account add-ons" under the "Phone settings" tab.
Toggle on the "Advanced call flow" button.
Please read the billing information before accepting the monthly charges, then click "Save".
Please note: If a user in a trial enables an advanced call flow, the add-on will only be enabled when they upgrade, with a complimentary one-month free trial, followed by a monthly subscription fee of £3+VAT.For further assistance please get in touch with our onboarding team at voipcare@bonline.com
