Holiday schedule

You can set up a holiday schedule for your business, for one date or multiple consecutive dates. Easily set up your summer or bank holidays in advance to have your inbound calls routed to voicemail. To add a holiday schedule, follow the below steps.

  • Navigate to the "Phone setup" page.

  • Under the "Holiday schedule" tab, click "Add schedule".

  • A pop-up will appear requiring you to name your holiday.

  • Then select the relevant dates from the calendar.


  • Once you have selected the start and end date of your holiday, click "Save", and your new holiday will appear under the holiday schedule tab.


Please note: For the holiday hours to work, please set up an out-of-hours greeting in the present call flow. When the greeting is set, it will be played whenever someone calls in during the holiday hours. If there is no greeting enabled, the holiday schedule feature will not function.
