Voicemail and hold music setup

Configure your voicemail settings and hold music directly from the MYbOnline portal. To set up voicemail and hold music, follow the steps below.

• Begin by navigating to the 'Phone setup' page.

• Under the 'Voicemail & hold music' tab, you will see the option to create a new voicemail greeting. 

• This can be done by typing out, recording or uploading a greeting from your device.

• Another voicemail feature is the time delay before actually playing the voicemail message. This means that the phone will ring for a specified amount of time before going to voicemail.

• Have your voicemail messages sent directly to your email by toggling on the feature and entering your email address.

• Lastly, you can make use of the hold music feature to upload music that callers will hear after being placed on hold.
