How to transfer a number to bOnline

You can transfer an existing number to your MYbOnline account at an additional charge. To do this, go to the "Phone numbers" page.

  • Click the "Transfer to bOnline" button.



  • You will need to provide the information of the phone number you'd like transferred, as well as the address linked to the number before clicking "Submit".



  • Once your number transfer has been submitted, it will be processed by one of our team members. You will be able to track your number transfer using our orders and product tracker feature.


Please note: There is a 14 to 21 business day waiting period from the time of porting a VoIP number.
