How to transfer an existing phone number to your MYbOnline account

Learn how to seamlessly transfer your existing phone number to bOnline. This guide provides detailed steps to make the number porting process simple. To do this, go to the 'Phone numbers' page.

• Click the 'Transfer to bOnline' button to the left of the screen.

• You will need to provide the information of the phone number you'd like transferred, as well as the address linked to the number before clicking 'Submit'.

• Once your number transfer has been submitted, it will be processed by one of our team members. You will be able to track your number transfer using our 'Orders tracker' feature.

Please note: There is a 14 to 21 business day waiting period from the time of porting a VoIP number.
