Your router should only arrive 24 - 48 hours before your installation date.
The reason we do not send it immediately after payment is so that we can preconfigure the device so when you receive it, it is just 'plug and play'(Simply plug in your phones and take calls right away).
Routers are usually sent out via Royal Mail.
