Accessing the 'Call recordings' Page

• First, navigate to the 'Call recordings' page.

Viewing and Managing Recordings

• Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all your call recordings.

Listening to Recordings

• To listen to a recording, click the drop-down arrow next to the call and hit the 'Play' button.

Downloading Recordings

• Individual Download: Check the box next to the desired call, then click the 'Download selected' button.

• Bulk Download: Check the boxes next to specific calls or click 'Select all' and then 'Download selected'.

Filtering Recordings

• Click 'Filter' to customize your view by date range, phone number, or duration of the recordings.
