The bOnline mobile app allows you to send instant messages to your colleagues, making internal communication quick and easy. This guide explains how to access and start chats within the app.
Before You Start
Ensure you have the bOnline mobile app installed and are logged in.
Note that you can only chat with other users within your organisation who are also using the bOnline phone system (mobile, desktop, or web app).
Steps to Use the Chat Feature
Open the bOnline app on your mobile device.
Tap the Chat icon on the far right of the bottom navigation bar.
To start a new chat, tap Contacts at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Team (or Internal) tab to view your colleagues.
Tap the Name of the person you wish to message.
Select Send a message from the options provided.
