Please note, you can only chat with other people also using the bOnline phone mobile, desktop, or web app. To access your chats from your mobile app, click the 'Chat' icon at the far right of the navigation of your bOnline mobile phone app.
Here you find all your instant messages, simply click on the contact to open the chat.
To start a new chat with someone, find the contact you'd like to chat with from the 'Internal' tab of the 'Contacts' section and click on the drop-down menu. Then click 'Send a message'.
You'll now be able to chat to your contacts.
