This article covers how to log in to the bOnline mobile app using your email and password or your phone’s biometric features (Fingerprint / Face ID). The app enables you to manage your business communications seamlessly from your mobile device. Whether you're at the office or on the go, it keeps you connected with your team.
Standard Login (Email & Password)
How to log in:
Enter the email address linked to your bOnline account.
Make sure it’s correct, as this is how the app identifies your account.
Enter the password you created in the MYbOnline customer portal.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly to the home screen (dialler), where you can start making calls right away.
Biometric Login (Fingerprint / Face ID)
How to turn it on:
Go to Advanced Settings in the app.
Toggle Biometric Authentication.
If the option is unavailable, it means:
Your phone doesn’t support biometrics, or
Biometrics aren’t set up on your device.
Once enabled, the next time you log in, you’ll be able to use your fingerprint or Face ID instead of entering your email and password.
