Accessing the bOnline phone app permissions on your mobile device

When first launching the bOnline phone app, you'll be requested to allow various permissions, including contacts. If you didn't enable these permissions the first time, you can easily access them in your device settings. See how to access your device permissions for Android and iOS below.

How to access your bOnline app permissions for Android:

  • Once you have reached the "Apps" section of your device settings, search for the "bOnline Phone" app and click on it.

  • Once you've selected the bOnline phone app, click on "Permissions".

  • From here, you will see a list of "Allowed" and "Denied" permissions, it is always advised that you allow all permissions to ensure your app works correctly.

How to access your bOnline app permissions for iOS:

  • Once you have reached the "Apps" section of your device settings, navigate to or search for the bOnline phone app and click on it.

  • From here, you will see a list of enabled and disabled permissions, it is always advised that you allow all permissions to ensure your app works correctly.
