bOnline phone mobile app chats

To access your chats from your mobile app, click the "Chat" icon at the far right of the navigation of your bOnline mobile phone app.

Please note: You can only chat to other people also using the bOnline phone mobile, desktop, or web app.

• Here you find all your instant messages, simply click on the contact to open the chat.

• To start a new chat with someone, find the contact you'd like to chat with from the 'Contacts section and click on the three-dot drop-down menu.

• Then click 'Send message'.
