Call forwarding is used to divert incoming calls to other numbers when your main number is busy or you're unable to answer.
- To enable call forwarding rules on your bOnline mobile phone app, click the "My profile" button at the top-right of the screen.
- From here, you will need to click "Call forwarding".
- Clicking the "+" icon next to a rule will allow you to configure the rule you'd like to enable: "Unconditional", "No answer", or "Busy".
- You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to, then click the "Checkmark" icon.
- Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
