Setting up call forwarding in your bOnline mobile app ensures you never miss an important call, even if you're unavailable or out of the office. This guide will walk you through the process of customizing call forwarding rules, so you can seamlessly redirect calls as needed.
Please note: In cases where simple or advanced call flows involve a call queue or multiple users, the call forwarding rules set within the app will be overridden, with the system defaulting to the designated call flow instead.
To enable call forwarding rules on your bOnline mobile phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.
From here, you will need to click 'Call forwarding'.
Clicking the '+' icon next to a rule will allow you to configure the rule you'd like to enable: 'Always', 'No answer', or 'Busy'.
You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to, then click the 'Checkmark' icon.
Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
