Call forwarding rules in the bOnline mobile app

Call forwarding is used to divert incoming calls to other numbers when your main number is busy, or you're unable to answer. 

  • To enable call forwarding rules on your bOnline mobile phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.

  • From here, you will need to click 'Call forwarding'.

  • Clicking the '+' icon next to a rule will allow you to configure the rule you'd like to enable: 'Always', 'No answer', or 'Busy'.

  • You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to, then click the 'Checkmark' icon.

  • Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
