Setting up call forwarding in your bOnline mobile app ensures you never miss an important call, even if you're unavailable or out of the office. This guide will walk you through the process of customising call forwarding rules, so you can seamlessly redirect calls as needed.
Please note: In cases where simple or advanced call flows involve a call queue or multiple users, the call forwarding rules set within the app will be overridden, with the system defaulting to the designated call flow instead.
Step 1: Click My Profile:
To enable call forwarding rules on your bOnline mobile phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.

Step 2: Click on Call Forwarding
In the menu shown below, you will need to click 'Call Forwarding'.

Step 3: Click the Suitable "+" Icon
Click the + icon next to your preferred Call Forwarding rule.
Step 4: Type Out The Divert Destination
You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to, then click the 'Checkmark' icon.
Step 5: Check That Your Call Forwarding Rule is Active
Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
