Can I change the date and time of my engineer visit?

Any requests to change your engineer appointment date or time slot need to be requested 48 hours before the confirmed installation date. Any requests after the 48 hours are not guaranteed and you would be required to attend the engineer visit or be liable for a missed appointment fee.



Keep in mind: Openreach only offers two standard time slots—an AM slot from 08:00 to 13:00, and a PM slot from 13:00 to 18:00.



Once an appointment change is requested. The time frame restarts, which means the new appointment will be in the next 10-14 working days. This is because engineer appointments are booked in advance, based on Openreach availability.


Your engineer appointment will remain as is until you receive a text and email confirming the change.


We will reserve the date you request but it can take 24 - 48 hours for Openreach to confirm the amendment. We will monitor the request and notify you as soon as it is confirmed. 



Please note: All requests forchanges need to be made 48 hours before the confirmed installation date. Requests submitting after this are not guarenteed and your orignal appointment date will stand.
