You can certainly change the date or time of your engineer visit! Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the installation date. If you submit a request after this window, it isn’t guaranteed and you might have to pay for a missed appointment fee.

- AM slot: 08:00 – 13:00
- PM slot: 13:00 – 18:00
Confirmation Process
Here's the process for confirmation:
- Step 1 - Submit a Request: You submit a request and the appointment window resets.
- Step 2: New Appointment Scheduled: The new appointment is scheduled within 10–14 working days, depending on whether Openreach is available or not.
- Step 3: Now You Wait: You wait until you receive a text and email confirming your appointment. It can take roughly 24–48 hours for Openreach to confirm the change.
