Missed your engineer's visit?

Once you receive your installation confirmation with the date and time slot, please make provision that someone over the age of 18 years is available at the premises for the engineer to complete the internal work. 

If you are unable to attend please contact us at least 48 hours before the installation date for us to request an alternative installation date. 

Please note: If the engineer is unable to gain access to your premises due to your appointment time slot being missed, you will be liable for a missed appointment fee of up to £120 (excl VAT). This will be added to your next bill. 

You will also need to agree to the missed appointment fee before a reappointment is requested to complete the installation.
