How will I be billed?

bOnline offers convenient online billing. 

As a bOnline customer, you pay for your services in advance. For example, you pay in April for May’s services. This is slightly different from your first bill where you’ll be charged for the first (current) month of service since your installation date, as well as the advance charge for the second month of service. This is why your first bill may be a bit more than you expect.

If you’re on our Direct Debit payment method, your account is automatically debited monthly. 

All call usage is billed in whole-minute time increments and rounded up to the nearest full minute.
