How to track orders and products in the MybOnline portal

Track your orders and manage products easily with the MYbOnline portal's product tracker feature. To stay updated about the status of your deliveries, number transfers, and engineer visits, go to the 'Order Tracker' page.

Order Details 

This table will show you a list of your hardware product orders. It will provide you with the updates of the status of your delivery as it progresses. 



Order IDThe order number that allows you to reference your order. 
Item/s OrderedThe item/s which you have purchased.
Date OrderedThe date the order was made.
Tracking IDThe tracking ID that you could use to track the status of your order.
Expected DateThe date by which you can expect to receive your order.
StatusThe status of your delivery.



Steps to View Your Number Transfer


1. Navigate to Order Tracker via mybOnline.

2. Scroll down to the Number Transfer section.


Here you will see all your number transfer requests along with their current status.



Number RangeThe phone number being transferred.
Date OrderedWhen the transfer request was submitted.
Last UpdateThe last date the port status was updated.
Transfer DateScheduled date your number will go live.
Letter of Authority
Whether your signed authorisation (CLOA) has been received.
Transfer StatusIf your transfer shows 'Accepted' with a Transfer Date, your number will go live on that date. 

If your transfer shows 'Rejected', contact customer support for assistance.


Broadband Appointments

These will show any upcoming engineer visits you may have scheduled. You'll receive an appointment date and time for your specific area.
