Call flows are a great way to introduce a caller to your business and ensure that you deliver the best service. For example, a caller can be put straight through to the right service department at the right time using call flows.
How they work
When a caller gets through to your business they'll be rerouted through to a certain call flow. Using your bOnline phone system there are various call flows you can choose from or create - simple call flows and advanced call flows.
Please note: Upon activiating the "Advanced call flow" add-on, customers will receive a complimentary one-month free trial, followed by a monthly subscription fee of £3+VAT.
