How to add a new user in the MYbOnline portal

Easily add new users to your bOnline phone system to expand your team’s communication capabilities. To add a new user, follow the steps below.

  • On the 'Users and devices' page of the MYbOnline portal, click the 'Add new user' button to get started.

  • After a new user's profile has been added, you'll need to click 'Update user profile'.

  • Enter the user's basic contact information here before clicking 'Save'.

  • Your new user will now appear under the 'Users' tab of the 'Users and devices' page.

Please note: Only one user can be added at a time and a total of 9 users can be added to the system.
