How to assign devices to users in the MYbOnline portal

Learn how to assign devices to users in the bOnline system, ensuring proper configuration and smooth communication within your team. Easily assign your bOnline purchased phones to users from the 'Users and devices' section of the MYbOnline portal. 

If you'd like to connect a device purchased elsewhere, please contact voipcare@bonline.com to check if it's compatible before purchasing. To add and set up a new device, follow the steps below.

From the 'Devices' tab, click 'Assign' to link a specific device to a user.

• A pop-up will appear allowing you to choose which user you'd like to assign this device to. After choosing the user, click 'Save'.

• You'll notice the user you assigned under the 'Assigned' heading.

Please note: To unassign a device that bas been assigned to an existing user, please click on 'None'.
