This guide helps you add and set up new devices for your bOnline phone system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Add compatible Yealink IP cordless and desk phones directly from the MYbOnline portal. To add and set up a new device, follow the steps below.
On the 'Users and devices' page, under the 'Devices' section, select 'Add a new device'.
Then enter the make, model and Mac address before clicking 'Save'.
Great, you just added a new device! Next, select the '...' (ellipses) and click 'Setup'.
To set up your device, copy the provisioning string provided here and paste it into the 'Server URL' field of the 'Auto provisioning' section of the Yealink web interface.
Once logged into the web interface follow these steps to 'Auto provision' your device:
On the login screen, enter the username (default is 'admin') and the password (default is 'admin') and click 'Login'.
From the 'Auto provision' section of the 'Settings' page, paste the provisioning string you copied from MYbOnline into the 'Server URL'.
Scroll down and click 'Confirm', then click 'Auto Provision'.
This will cause the phone to reboot and do an upgrade. Once the factory reset and upgrade is complete the device should be in service.
