How to edit your billing account details in the MybOnline portal

This article explains how to update the billing contact details, billing address, and authorised contact linked to your bOnline account in the MybOnline portal.

What you can edit

The Account information section under Billing contains three areas you can update:

  • Billing contact: the name, email address, phone number, and mobile number used for billing correspondence. This is the email address where your invoices are sent.
  • Billing address: the business name, address, city, county, country, and postcode linked to your account.
  • Authorised contact: the name, email address, phone number, and mobile number of someone bOnline can speak to about your bill if you are not reachable.

How to edit your billing account details

  1. Log in to the MybOnline portal.
  2. Select Billing from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Account information section.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Update the fields you need to change.
  6. Select Save.

Please note: The billing email address is where your invoices are sent. This is separate from the email address you use to log in to the MybOnline portal. To change your login email, contact the bOnline support team through live chat.
