Follow these steps to set or reset your PIN through the MYbOnline Portal:
Log In:
Access the MYbOnline Portal using your credentials.
Navigate to Phone Settings:
Once logged in, go to the "Phone Settings" section.
Select Users and Devices:
Locate the "Users and Devices" option and click on it.
View More Details:
Find your user profile and select the "View More" option.
Reset PIN:
A "Reset PIN" option will be visible. Click on it to proceed.
Set Your New PIN:
Enter your desired PIN in the provided field and save it.
Confirmation:
Once saved, your PIN is ready for use.
