Blind vs Indirect Transfer

Here’s how you can do a Blind Transfer and Attended Transfer on both the Desktop and Mobile App. 


Desktop

Blind Transfer 

Use the straight arrow to transfer directly — this sends the current call straight to the new call without speaking first.


1 - Place a Call On Hold: 

While on call, place a call on hold with call options



2. Transfer & Enter Extension: 

Click on transfer and enter the extension or number typed in



3. Complete Blind Transfer

Click on the Blind Transfer Button



Indirect Transfer 

Indirect transfer is also known as Attended Transfer


Use the curved arrow to transfer with attended - this allows you to speak to the new caller first before connecting them.

  1. Transfer and Return to Call


Speak to the extension or number first before transferring the first call. 


  1. Confirm Call: Confirm send call to user


Mobile 

Here's how you can do a Blind and Attended Transfer on the Mobile App.

Step 1: Choose Your Contact



Step 2: Make Your Call 

After making your first call, click on the button with 3 dots.
