How to set up voicemail to email in mybOnline

Voicemail to email sends a copy of your voicemail messages straight to an email inbox, so you can listen to them without logging into your phone.

Set up voicemail to email

1. Log in to the MYbOnline portal at my.bonline.com.
2. Click Phone Setup.
3. Click Voicemail and Hold Music.
4. Scroll down to the Send Voicemail to Email section.
5. Enter the email address where you would like your voicemails sent, then click Save.

Once saved, new voicemails will be delivered to that email address.

Good to know

• Voicemail to email is set up in the Voicemail and Hold Music settings under Phone Setup - not in your user or device details.
• If you want voicemails to go to a specific person, enter their email address in this section.
