Your bOnline mobile phone app has a list of advanced settings. To access these settings, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.
Find and click 'Advanced settings'.
Advanced settings give you quick access to notifications, battery optimisation, country, and language settings.
Notification settings: Configure your bOnline phone app notification settings from here, you will be redirected to your mobile device's settings.
Battery optimization(for Android): Set your app's battery optimisation from here. Make sure it is always inactive for the bOnline phone app.
Country: This feature allows you to set the country you're in when roaming.
Language: Change your app's language. Currently, the only options are 'English' and 'French'.
