To use a desk or cordless IP phone with your bOnline phone system, you must connect your phone to the internet, this can be done via your router.
If your IP phone is not connected to the internet, the following error message will be displayed: "Failed to connect to internet or failed to retrieve IP".
How to connect your desk phone or cordless phone:
- Make sure the LAN cable is connected to one of your router's "Internet" ports.
- Take your router's LAN cable and connect it to one of your IP phone's "Internet" ports.
