I'm unable to log into my bOnline phone desktop or mobile app

Below are tips on what to do when you're having trouble logging in to your bOnline phone mobile and desktop apps. 

Forgot password?

  • If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it via the MYbOnline portal login screen by simply clicking "Forgot password?"

  • A prompt will pop up asking you to enter the email address to be used to reset the password.

  • Once you have reset this password, an email will be sent to your account with steps to create a new password.

Incorrect login:

  • If you log into the app incorrectly three times, this will lock your bOnline phone app. To resolve the issue, you need to email us at voipcare@bonline.com to unlock your account.

The MYbOnline portal allows you to unlock any user account that might have been locked due to too many failed login attempts.

To unlock a user account, follow these steps:

  • Upon signing in, you will receive a pop-up notification stating that a user's account has been blocked. bOnline will also send you an email notifying you of this.

  • You will see the word "Locked" displayed under the user's name from the "Users and devices" section. Click on "View more".

  • You will be able to reset the user's PIN from here.

  • Once you create a new 6-digit PIN for the user, their account will officially be unblocked.

Face and Touch ID:

To avoid login issues, you can change your mobile login settings to fingerprint or Face ID for a more secure and easier login.
