If your service isn’t working on your scheduled live date, this is usually due to how the transfer between providers happens.
What happens during the transfer:
- The transfer can take 10–14 working days to complete.
- Your service remains active with your current provider until the live date.
- On the live date, you may experience intermittent downtime affecting both your internet and analogue services.
Why downtime occurs:
- The service needs to cease with your current provider.
- It is then activated with bOnline.
- This downtime also allows any systematic issues to be resolved.
These processes can continue until midnight on the live date.
