Ofcom requires all phone numbers to be registered to an address in case a 999 call is made to emergency services. Please ensure these details are up to date at all times. You can access your emergency details from the "Details" page.
- At the bottom of the page, you will find your "Emergency address", and click "Edit".
- A pop-up will appear allowing you to enter the correct emergency details linked to your account.
Please note: We suggest using your mobile to make 999 calls as location seetings are more accurate for help. To view or update these details at a later stage, simply navigate to the "Phone setup" page.For further assistance please get in touch with our onboarding team at voipcare@bonline.com
