How to reset a user's PIN

Easily reset any user PIN directly from the MYbOnline portal. To reset a user's PIN, follow the steps below.

  • Go to the "Users and devices" page.

  • Click "View more" under the user's PIN you'd like to reset.

  • You will be able to reset the user's PIN from here.

  • Once you create a new 6-digit PIN for the user, their PIN will officially be reset.
